Yes. South Africa's Guidelines for Competition in the Automotive Aftermarket (the "Right to Repair" guidelines) allow you to have an in-warranty car serviced and repaired by an independent workshop, as long as the work is done to the manufacturer's specifications with quality parts. We use the correct oils and parts and record the service in your book.
Absolutely. We service to the manufacturer's schedule, keep your service history complete and usually cost noticeably less than the dealer once the motor plan or service plan has ended.
